This is called the ‘River Man series’ in honour of the Nick Drake song which resonates deeply with me – even the ‘And all-night shows, In summertime’ part links to my night paintings along the river.
These are my views of rivers, ponds and streams and river-related imagery, usually the River Thames, but also it’s tributaries and other rivers.
